Admission Requirements
English or Arabic Theological Studies Diploma:Applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered for enrollment in the full diploma program:
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrate a sincere commitment to the Coptic Orthodox faith and Church life
- Submit a completed application form and course fee
Individual Course Enrollment:
- Students interested in taking individual courses for personal enrichment or continuing education are not required to meet the full admission criteria listed above.
Registration is open to anyone seeking to grow in the knowledge and practice of the Coptic Orthodox faith.
All diploma program applications are subject to review and approval by the admission committee.
Requirements for the Pastoral Care Diploma: - Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher
- Applicants must be actively serving in the Church
- Complete the online application form
- A recommendation letter from your Father of Confession (Please use the link below)
- One-page personal statement in English (Within the Application form)
- If selected, the admission committee will contact you to schedule an online interview.
Final admission decisions will follow the interviews. The registration form and fee instructions will be included with the acceptance email.
The application deadline for the Pastoral Care Diploma is November 29, 2025. Please note that spaces are limited.
